Nightshift, 3th Feb w/ King Kami

On the third episode of Nightshift, Yizhaq introduces King Kami, the stage name of Kamila Medeiros, a Brazilian DJ based in Lisbon which became a crucial name in the city in recent years.

Her musical career began in 2015 with the duo CARAVAGYO and the organization of the well-known parties “NOITE MEDUSA” in Lisbon, later on she started mixing PEDRO MAFAMA’s beats.

King Kami plays Northeastern Brazilian rhythms such as Brega Funk to Brazilian Funk. With her own research and musical selection, and having always followed the evolution of these rhythms, King Kami stays alert to the rhythms of the future.
