WIDE Recomienda: #0039

We present you WIDE Recomienda 0039, serving a mix of selected tracks from R&B to electronic music, do genres we cannot miss out at all. Starting with Noé, based in LA singing to “too-good-to-be-true fellas whilst playing a good old funky guitar rhythm and then flying to sunny Mexico city to play Fake Moustache’s song titled “Call Me” extracted from their latest EP The Dembow Tapes, a producer influenced influenced by cumbia, salsa, reggaeton and other Latino sounds with a foundation in electronic music.

Now, we walk in to East London to play “Restart” by Szjerdene, the main single from her upcoming EP, gently touched by her ethereal voice. Then we get insightful whilst listening to “Confessions Freestyle” from Melii (Dominican Republic) who had a good strike of rap hits but taking it down a bit on this one.

Finally, we go south to meet Imaabs’s latest release “M1″ who let us get closer to our Latino roots blessed by club and electronic beats to finally sweat it all out with Capital Kaos’s remix of Janet Jackson’s classic “Would You Mind” in a dub note.
